Request from Law Enforcement: Follow the Evidence Wherever it May Lead -- Victim-Centered Framework for JonBenét and the Ramsey Family

Chief Stephen Redfearn of the Boulder Police Department, 

My name is Danielle Kekoa. I am submitting this citizen witness packet regarding the JonBenét Ramsey murder, and in support of the renewed public call by John Ramsey for modern DNA testing using forensic genetic genealogy to solve his daughter’s 1996 murder.  Ramsey stated that believes ongoing advances in DNA testing and forensic genetic genealogy could be the “gold standard” for identifying the killer.  

Public reporting also states that Mr. Ramsey has asked President Donald Trump to help press Colorado authorities to take a more proactive approach, and Mr. Ramsey has repeatedly urged investigators to use advanced DNA methods, private-lab expertise, and retesting of items such as the garrote, clothing DNA, suitcase, rope, and other evidence that may still yield probative results.   

The Boulder police have also affirmed that solving the murder of JonBenét Ramsey “remains a top priority", so as a concerned citizen witness, I am offering this information to help assist in solving this crime.

In support of Mr. Ramsey’s public plea for help, I also respectfully request the assistance of all available jurisdictions and lawful investigative avenues, including Boulder Police, Boulder Police Professional Standards Unit, the Boulder County District Attorney, Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado, Denver FBI, and any other agency with relevant authority. 

In 2012, I originally submitted this material as a citizen witness who made multiple reports to the Boulder Police Department and surrounding law enforcement agencies.  In 2015 I became an FBI informant with the Denver FBI, Civil Rights and Public Corruption Unit offering this same information, but I never received any confirmation from any of the authorities that my tips were effectively followed up on. To my knowledge, the DNA of named persons of interest have not been eliminated as possible suspects. 

Now that it’s nearly 30 years later of this unsolved mystery, I am requesting that the following information I am submitting be investigated and re-evaluated by law enforcement in the pursuit of justice for the Ramsey Family. 

The core request is simple: Please review the attached persons of interest document; determine whether the named individuals have ever been compared to or eliminated from the unknown male DNA, as well as testing other biological evidence; and use every appropriate modern forensic resource to confirm, eliminate, or advance the lead. 

This submission is not intended as a final adjudication of guilt. It is a request for competent review, corroboration, forensic comparison, and elimination or confirmation through available evidence. 

The material included with the attachment is a representative sample of a much larger preserved witness file I have in my possession. Upon your request, I can also provide additional supporting documents, criminal records, proof of agency awareness since 2012, along with any other information relevant to this submission.

1. Stanley P. Stevens attempted, multiple times, to open the door of a home in Northglenn, Colorado where he was not being allowed the entry he desired.
2. Stanley P. Stevens threatened the homeowner that he would call the police if he was not allowed entry (and, he was in fact, not allowed entry) and did ‘countdowns’ on several occasions (such as a parent would do to a uncooperative child). 
3. Stanley P. Stevens placed a 911 call and told the operator he had an “emergency” while he simultaneously giggled and waved at the home.
4. Stanley P. Stevens is accompanied on every occasion by a female that is never identified.
5. Stanley P. Stevens, after calling 911, and receiving ‘back up’ from police about thirty minutes later, told the homeowner he would need to return two more times.

I have a recorded statement from the Northglenn Police Department advising the homeowner they should not answer the door unless they see fit.

I have a recorded statement from Stanley P. Stevens granting permission for his image, voice, and activities with Adams County to be published on the Web.

To be very honest, I have worked in the mainstream and independent media for over a decade and received first place awards from State organizations. I possess written references from elected leaders including a State’s Attorney.

I have never seen anything like this captured on video. With all do respect to you, my skin and hair stood up as I viewed this because I experienced the enigmatic feeling that I was seeing the ‘boogie man’ caught on tape.

After investigating kidnappings, Satanic Ritual Abuse, a DCF pedophile ring, and other cases involving embedded government officials, this was intensely disturbing.

Enyart’s recent personal interest in DNA, along with an ominous warning by operatives of the ‘shadow gov’ against Colorado law enforcement, which was published on Enyart’s website www.shadowgov.com has become quite interesting to those seeking a conclusion to the unsolved 1996 murder.

Curtis and Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado, are former members of Enyart’s church and inner circle. The Kekoa’s say they believe their former pastor and friend murdered JonBenet Ramsey and scores of other children.

The Kekoa’s have been publically demanding Enyart provide law enforcement a DNA sample for comparison with the DNA found at the crime scene.

It appears the Kekoa’s do in fact know something that is of interest to the FBI.

In 2015, the Denver FBI sought out Danielle Kekoa and interviewed her regarding information the feds were seeking about Denver Bible Church, which was suspected of plotting to murder abortion doctors and had links to missing children. 

Danielle Kekoa told FBI special agent Kimberly Milka that Enyart murdered JonBenet and was involved with other kidnapping and mutilations such as Jessica Ridgeway and Dylan Redwine.

The FBI's interest in Denver Bible Church may give American's a sneak peek into the identity of some of the criminals that comprise the 'shadow government' and reveal what 'fronts' (e.g. church, pro-life organization, media platforms, etc.) are used to cloak the treasonous enterprise.

The 'shadow gov' proactively interjected itself into the JonBenet Ramsey murder case in the 1990’s with a lengthy piece published on the website www.shadowgov.com entitled ‘The Clue That Breaks The Case’.

The name of the website is short for ‘Shadow Government’ which compliments a Manifesto Enyart (and possibly others) authored declaring their own government.

In the ‘The Clue That Breaks The Case’, the 'shadow gov' becomes an investigator and goes into elaborate detail about the JonBenet Ramsey murder crime scene. In the analysis, the author flatly accuses John Ramsey of sexually abusing his daughter on the night she was murdered, and gives a detailed timeline of what happened inside the Ramsey house.

The article goes into great detail about JonBenet’s underwear and also explained how John Ramsey left the home and obtained DNA from a public toilet or strip club to plant at the crime scene.

NEW DNA TESTING SCHEDULED IN JONBENET RAMSEY CASE

On December 14, 2016, CNN reported, “The Colorado Bureau of Investigation is opening a new DNA testing facility in 2017 and will next year use new technology in the JonBenet case -- as well as other cold cases”.

In 2016, an update was published by the progenitors of www.shadowgov.com on the Web page of ‘The Clue That Breaks The Case’.

The update is not dated or attributed to any one specific writer.

2016 DNA Update -- History Repeats Itself: Twice now Boulder District Attorneys have mislead the public in the JonBenet Ramsey murder case.

The update reads in part:

District Attorneys Hunter and [D.A. Mary] Lacy grotesquely misled the public, illustrating that the bureaucracy in an easy-on-crime college town cannot be trusted. So consider instead this report (or listen to today's Bob Enyart Live) from a long-running Denver talk radio program that airs on Colorado's most-powerful radio station, the 50,000-watt AM 670 KLTT.

2017 - BOB ENYART DISCUSSES THE FRAGILE NATURE OF DNA

It appears Enyart is becoming a scholar of DNA.

On his June 30, 2017 radio program Enyart discussed dinosaurs, mummies, and modern forensic developments concerning DNA with DNA specialist Fred Williams.

Williams referenced content pertaining to DNA published by CNN, which, ironically, they both called “fake news” – but added that this information might be true.

“DNA is so fragile,” Williams said.

Williams mentioned modern crime. “And just like those crimes shows – it’s amazing when you can find DNA that’s like twenty to thirty years old – it’s so fragile.”

The DNA evidence in the Ramsey murder is twenty years-old.

“We can now show whether DNA is ancient, or, modern contamination, by its chemical properties,” Williams said.

“I have not heard this before Fred,” Enyart said.

During the conversation Enyart and Williams discussed “Modern contaminated DNA and ancient DNA” as well as “deterioration.”

CONTENTS FOUND IN A DEAD CHILD’S STOMACH

An interesting factoid discussed between Enyart and Williams involved food content found in the stomach of children buried long ago.

“In a pre-dynastic cemetery in Upper Egypt I discovered in the stomachs of small children who had died nearly six thousand years ago the remains of mice that had been skinned and eaten just before their death,” Williams said.

The forensic examination of JonBenet revealed she may have eaten pineapple minutes before her death.

DNA DOESN’T LIE

During the recent radio program Enyart repeatedly declared “DNA doesn’t lie”.

Enyart is not known to have ever provided a DNA sample to law enforcement for testing regarding the JonBenet Ramsey murder.

However – Enyart does not like people saying he killed JonBenet and has requested a protection order against the Kekoa’s – he claims he is physically afraid of them.

Interestingly – John and Patsy Ramsey never filed for a protection order when 'shadow gov' publically declared on multiple media platforms that they raped and murdered their six year-old daughter.

During a radio program, Enyart, separate and apart from publishings of 'shadow gov', personally accused John Ramsey of sexually molesting his daughter on the night she was murdered.

During a court hearing, Danielle Kekoa cross-examined Enyart about content published on his website about the murder of JonBenet Ramsey.

The creepy community police in Northglenn behave like they are auditioning for a Stephen King movie as they they harass this family of eight that includes small children and a special needs adult. The Kekoa's have received emails that warn they will be murdered and cut into pieces.

No investigation has ever been launched by the NGPD into the source of emails that warn FBI witnesses that they will 'fuck their dead bodies'.

The article illuminated a bizarre occurrence that occurred after Danielle Kekoa was interviewed by Private Investigator Ed Opperman on his syndicated radio program The Opperman Report.

Danielle Kekoa discussed her FBI interviews, Bob Enyart, and the JonBenet Ramsey murder.

The ‘Opperman Report’ interview was unceremoniously pulled from the Web a few days later (it remains published on YouTube by the Kekoa's).

Then…

After removing the Danielle Kekoa interview, Opperman published an interview with M’Linda Kula, New Jersey. Kula said she is the National Coordinator for ‘Unite for Justice’.

“You mentioned before the show that your friends with Doug Millar; and so any friend of Doug Millar is a friend of ours - a friend of this show,” Opperman told Kula.

The Kula interview on Opperman was regarding the JonBenet Ramsey murder case. Kula put forth a story about a man she knew from New Jersey named William Ramsey; a man she said is John Ramsey’s illegitimate son. 

Kula told Opperman a detailed story about ‘William Ramsey’ traveling to Colorado around Christmas of 1996 wearing his new Hi-Tec boots (the footprints found in the Ramsey home) and a stun-gun (stun gun burns were found on JonBenet). 

Kula repeatedly described William Ramsey as a pedophile that was a ‘Charles Manson look alike’. She said William Ramsey murdered his little biological step-sister JonBenet because his biological father wouldn’t give him $118,000 - that year’s Christmas time hush money - to go away until next year. 

Kula said William Ramsey wrote the ransom note and knew John Ramsey’s bonus that year was $118,000 (the amount demanded in the ransom note) because he (William Ramsey) was an expert at hacking computers (in 1996 no less). 

Write Into Action’s article illuminated oddities about Kula that included a press release published in March, 2014 by Unite For Justice CEO Doug Millar.

Here are three things from the phone call that matter the most.

1. Millar did not know Curtis and Danielle Kekoa and this was the first time they ever spoke. Yet – Millar repeatedly invited the Kekoa’s to be part of his group that was forming a grassroots Civil Grand Jury to demand justice for JonBenet.

2. Millar admitted he personally knew Bob Enyart; traveled in a vehicle with Enyart; and wanted to be on Enyart’s radio program.  

3. Millar never once mentioned Kula or claimed to know who murdered JonBenet Ramsey.

WRITE INTO ACTION’S ANALYSIS:

The Kekoa’s were being strategically lured into a situation that would create the false appearance they supported a ridiculous theory that John Ramsey’s (alleged) illegitimate son, William Ramsey, murdered JonBenet Ramsey as retaliation during an on-going extortion scheme. 

If the Kekoa’s would have joined Millar’s press conference (which they didn’t because they didn’t trust him because he seemed too be gathering intelligence on their family) they would have been permanently discredited. 

Instead – in 2015 the Kekoa’s were contacted by the Denver FBI because the Task Force believed they had valuable information about Bob Enyart and his fake church and believed he was involved in plans for a mass shooting at a Planned Parenthood (which occurred three days later in Colorado Springs). 

Somebody, or some entity, was ALREADY trying to discredit the Kekoa's over a year before they were contacted by the FBI about Bob Enyart.

Has the ‘deep state’ ‘shadow government’ in the United States intervened in the public receiving information regarding the murder of JonBenet Ramsey?

It may have officially happened.

The abrupt removal of a published radio interview with an FBI witness that discussed the JonBenet Ramsey murder punctuate amazing and disturbing facts uncovered by a Colorado couple regarding missing and murdered children in the State.

On November 25, 2016, private investigator and radio show host Ed Opperman published an interview he conducted with Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado.

The following is the interview re-published by Danielle Kekoa:

Opperman interviewed Kekoa because she had been interviewed by the Denver FBI in November, 2015 regarding an anticipated attack on Planned Parenthood, and the cult-like activities of Bob Enyart, an alleged pastor that authored and published a ‘Manifesto’ declaring his own government.

Kekoa’s FBI interview centered on the feds’ interest in Enyart, a radio shock-jock and abortion activist that operates Denver Bible Church. Danielle Kekoa and her husband, Curtis Kekoa, were members of Enyart’s church and told the FBI and Colorado law enforcement it is a “satanic cult”.

Danielle Kekoa provided the FBI information about JonBenet Ramsey; the Dylan Redwine murder; and Enyart’s pro-life activism partner Brian Rohrbough.

Rohrbough is the father of Columbine massacre victim Danny Rohrbough and was a former candidate on the U.S. President ballot.

The FBI advised Danielle Kekoa they may be monitoring any future court hearings brought against the Kekoa’s by Colorado state officials working with Enyart.

The Opperman/Kekoa interview was quietly removed from the Web only a few days after it was published. Opperman began to receive online harassment from an unknown person who publishes under the name Agent 19.

The removal of the Danielle Kekoa interview is very odd for several reasons.

On December 23, 2016, after removing the Danielle Kekoa interview, Opperman published an interview with M’Linda Kula, New Jersey. Kula said she is the National Coordinator for Unite For Justice.

The Kula interview was regarding the JonBenet Ramsey murder case.

The Kula interview remains published with no anonymous backlash against Opperman.

“You mentioned before the show that you're friends with Doug Millar; and so any friend of Doug Millar is a friend of ours a friend of this show,” Opperman said.

In March, 2014, Unite For Justice CEO Doug Millar published a press release:

BOULDER. Colo., March 29, 2014 /Christian Newswire/ — Speakers to address JonBenet issues, help protect children and demand action at news conference in Boulder, Colorado.

Millar’s 2014 news conference and its subject matter seemed to closely reflect and generally compliment the information Danielle Kekoa provided the FBI including Satanism, the Columbine School Massacre, and improper conduct by Colorado law enforcement.

Some of the items announced in Millar’s flyer said:

“DeCamp was introduced to Columbine High massacre victims, Mark Taylor, the first student shot at CHS, and teacher,” Millar’s flyer said.

Despite there being so many similarities between Danielle Kekoa’s information and Millar’s group – it appears Danielle Kekoa’s was removed and replaced with Kula’s story.

It appears the only thing missing when Millar’s subject matter is compared to Danielle Kekoa’s is ‘Bob Enyart’.

Write Into Action searched Kula’s website but could not find a single document to support her assertions regarding the JonBenet Ramsey murder.

If you actually listened to the radio show, you'd notice that we didn't say anything about this Montagraph /222/ character other than he is a distraction from the fact that "pro-life pastor" Bob Enyart of Denver Bible Church is the shot-caller of a domestic terrorist group and the subject of an FBI Probe.

Private Investigator Ed Opperman brought up his name during the interview, not me, and we barely talked about it.  So why would this Montagraph troll react in this bizarre way, making creepy threatening videos and posting them all over YouTube? 

This is a classic example of how members in the ShadowGov /222/ cult take on their leader's identity when their master is being exposed.  Shouldn't Bob Enyart be the one threatening to sue me if I were lying, since the entire two hour radio interview was about him and members in his cult?
